Purpose Labs Oy (Business ID: 3575936-7) is a company registered in Helsinki, Finland, at Messitytönkatu 9 C 50, 00180. We operate the websites purposelabs.eu and its subpages, including the Limino Studio product page at purposelabs.eu/studio.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services:

• Email address — when you voluntarily submit it through the waitlist form on our Studio page.
• Website usage data — collected automatically through Google Analytics. This includes pages visited, approximate geographic location (country level), device type, browser type, and referral source. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any health-related data through our website.

Why we collect it

• Email address: to contact you about Limino Studio early access and product updates. We will not send unrelated marketing.
• Analytics data: to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Email collection: consent. You choose to submit your email. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Analytics: legitimate interest. We have a legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used. This processing is minimal and does not override your rights.

Who has access to your data

We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf:

• MailerLite (email marketing platform, Lithuania) — stores and processes email addresses submitted through the waitlist form.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — processes website usage data.
• Vercel (hosting provider, US) — hosts our website and processes server logs.

Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device to distinguish users and track sessions. You can block these through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as Google Analytics Opt-out.

How long we keep your data

• Email address: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Analytics data: retained by Google according to their data retention settings (currently 14 months by default).

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
